The following strategy was presented by the North Port Economic Development Corporation, in January of 2015. Since then Peter Bartolotta has presented it to virtually anyone who wanted to see it, including North Port Commissioners, North Port staff and residents of North Port. On September 10, 2021 he presented it on John Rawlings radio show on WKDW radio, where it can seen.
